• Applicant refers to the Visa Application Center with the prepared documents on a pre-agreed day from 09:00 to 17:00.

• To submit the documents applicant should take ticket in the electronic terminal, after calling to go to the window of receiving documents, where visa Officer:
  • Will check documents with the requirements of the Embassy
  • If it is  necessary, take  biometric data reception procedure (fingerprinting);
  • If it is necessary , will offer extra visa services
  • Complete the application form for Schengen visa
  • Photo services
  • Processing medical insurance
  • Consultation about visa issues and requirements of the documents.
  • Make copy

From  23 June 2015 for applying for a Schengen visa collects biometric data (fingerprints), persons from the age of 12 apply for a visa  attendance in person at the Embassy or Visa Centre.

For children who are under 18 their parents or legal representatives (in the presence of the document confirming the kinship / custody), can apply documents.

• Personally

• Recipient. The recipient can be any person. In this case, his surname should be specified in the form of delivery of documents when applicant  applying for a visa, as well as displayed in the invoice.

• Payer. Payer is a person who apply for a visa and pay a fee. Payer surname is mandatory must be specified in the invoice.

When you visit the Visa Application Center it is forbidden to carry the following items in order to ensure safety:

• All types of firearms, traumatic or airguns;
• Electro shocker, gas cartridges and other self-defense products;
• Melee weapons, sharps, including their domestic purpose;
• Explosives, explosive and flammable substances, pyrotechnics;
• Toxic, poisonous and toxic substances;
• Sealed envelopes, parcels and other packaging, which excluding the possibility of the visibility of content;
• Oversized suitcases, bags;
• Alcohol.

In order to ensure safety of the personal data it is forbidden to use mobile phones, laptops, portable players, eBooks, digital cameras and other standalone electronic devices, as well as electronic storage media. In the presence of these devices, applicants must turn off these devices while their visit of the Visa Application Center.

The Visa Application Center has not a place for storage of personal belongings of the visitors, in this regard the Visa Application Center is not responsible for their safety. We ask you for advance to take care of the storage location of your things and objects, the presence of which is prohibited when you visit the Visa Application Center.
